Credit Card and ECHECK/ACH Payments: For your convenience, echeck/ACH, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Credit/Debit card payments are now accepted via internet. A convenience fee of 2.35% of the payment amount (minimum $2.00) applies to Credit/Debit card payments. A convenience fee of $1.00 applies to echeck/ACH payments. Important Notice: Before using this service you should be aware of the convenience fee charged by Autoagent for use of this system. How will my bill be paid?
The Auglaize County Treasurer's Office will inform your financial institution of the amount due. Your financial institution will automatically deduct that amount from your account.
How will I know the amount of my bill and the date it will be deducted?
You will receive a tax bill indicating the amount that will automatically be deducted from your bank account as well as the date of the withdrawal. The amount due will be deducted from your account on the final tax due date which is February 15 and the July 15 for semi annual payments. January 15 is the final tax due date for monthly payment deductions.
What if I have a questions about the amount of my bill?

How can I discontinue my participation in Auto Pay?
The agreement will remain in effect until we receive written notification from you to cancel Auto Pay.
What if I change Banks?
If your bank account number should change, it is your responsibility to notify the Treasurer's Office. The Treasurer's Office must receive any bank account changes prior to December 1st for the February deduction and May 1st for the July deduction.
How do I get on Auto Pay?
For Quarterly sewer payments, download and fill out the form and return to the Treasurer's Office. For Tax Bill Payments, download and fill out the form and return to the Treasurer's Office.

A walk-up deposit box for payments is located at the Blackhoof Street entrance of the County Administration Building and a drive-up payment drop box is located in the rear parking lot of the County Administration Building for your convenience.
